  Our first time ordering. Great pizza! Way more generous with cheese and sauce than most pizza places around here.
  
  Awesome customer service as well. We actually ordered a two liter and our driver forgot it....we just let it go because the pizza was well worth what we paid anyway. Then about ten minutes into our pizza our driver was back with the two liter. He got back to the shop,Saw it, and brought it all the way back out to Arcadia for us!! Great people great service.

  Ordered a pizza wings and a salad when I called they stated that got busy and it would be an hour for delivery I said that was fine. After and hour and a half I call back and speak with the same guy and he says sorry I haven't even started to make your order we're busy and there's only two guys working. I told home cancel my order as I am on the phone with Pontillos they call back and say your order is just coming out of the oven now. I again say I don't want it. The fact that no one called and when I questioned why it took so long the guy acted like I should be ok with it is not right. In the past I have had good food but the service sucks! I will be calling the owner tomorrow.
